Refund policy

We offer FREE returns and exchanges

We allow you to return or exchange your items in its original condition within 14 days from when you received your package.

For refunds, original shipping cost will be deducted.

 

Returns/Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange it. You must submit your return within 14 days from when you receive your package. If 14 days have gone by from the time you received your package we won't be able to offer you a refund or exchange

 

The returned item(s) must be in its original packaging (if applicable), unaltered, unworn, and in new resaleable condition. Stains, makeup, animal hair, deodorant stains, odors, etc. will be considered worn. Please make sure to keep the item(s)in the same condition you received when first trying it on. We DO NOT accept returns on worn or used items. Any worn or used items will returned back to your delivered address.

Returns generally take 7-10 business days to process.

Refunds (If applicable)

Once your return item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund has been approved of rejected. If your refund is approved, it will be processed to its original form of payment within 10 business days

Sale Items

All Sale items are final. Non-refundable, non-exchangeable

 

Defected/ Incorrect Items

If you believe your item is defected, please email us at info@k516clothing.com and report us the defected item within 48 hours. We will deem the item defected at our discretion. If the product has been misuesed or care instructions haven't been followed then the item will not be eligible as defected. Any false claims of defected item(s) will be returned to the customer. 

 

 

Exchanges

We offer FREE exchanges as well.

Once you start the process of exchanging the item, we will notify you if we have the size you are looking for in stock. If the size you are looking for is out of stock, then you will have the option of returning your item for a refund. 

Once your exchange is received, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your exchange and send tracking information for the exchanged item back to you.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product may vary.
